GENERIC DATA COLLECTION

The services and features provided by the app, require a user registration which is carried out by a dedicated office. However, please note that the information technology infrastructure and software procedures used to run the App [such as, for example, Google Play] acquire, during their normal operation, some user data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet communication of smartphones and devices used. In this data category is included, as example but not limited to, the geographical location, the smartphone id, the user's contacts and the e-mail. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA CONFERENCE AND CONSEQUENCES OF EVENTUAL DENIAL

Missing consent of data conference will not allow the service provisioning and the use of the app.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Data processing in managed in electronic format and, during app usage, personal data are redirected through secure connections to the following software products: uniVRA DiGest and ACM produced by Net &Com S.r.l.

The above data is never permanently saved on the device.

SPECIFIC PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED:

Location data: collected exclusively during work time and with the soecific purpose of reporting it in relation to the tasks assigned to the user. Location data is never saved in the app as it is directly transmitted to the server. The data is used for accurate detection of the user's position for operational purposes;

Camera: used to acquire images necessary for the completion of the work activity. The images are saved in a soecific phone memory location different from the standard gallery. They are transmitted to an external server to create documents relating to completion of an assigned task;

Microphone: used only for dictation functions;

Phone: used only for speed dialing of contacts;

Network access: to be able to send and receive data and read sensors (wifi and LTE) status. No data is recorded or saved relating to the networks to which the user connects.

PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected in relation to the methods described above will be stored within the app only for the time necessary to transmit them to the server.

On the systems of Net&Com S.r.l. the data is stored and managed according to logics dependent on contracts and agreements entered into with end customers.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT TO WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA ARE REFERRED

The app is used to detect and manage work activities by sending tasks and to collect data relating to the expense reports incurred by the worker himself.

SCOPE OF DATA AWARENESS FOR THE WORKER

Data managed by the app is transmitted to the DiGest uniVRA and ACM software products. The data will be accessible by the employer according to the assigned authorization profiles within his organization on the aforementioned applications. The service provider is authorized to access personal data recorded in order to perform application and system maintenance activities on the service provided.
